First Call Direct Debit Option:

Cash flow has become an issue for all of us in these uncertain times. In an effort to better help you manage your cash flow, we are offering a monthly or quarterly direct debit option for your First Call contract.

 Direct Debit Billing for First Call:
 Select from monthly or quarterly billing cycles
 Saves both of us time and money by not having to process invoices and checks
 Provides an option to smooth out cash flow
 Your account is automatically debited on the 10th of the month or quarter

Q. Can I still pay my bill as I always have?
A. Yes. Direct debit is only an option for your convenience.

Q. Is there any additional cost?
A. No. Pivotal Systems is absorbing all processing fees

Q. How do I sign up?
A. Download and complete the form on the bottom of this page or call Sheila at 952-844-0773

Q. When does it start?
A. January 10th of 2011. After that, your account will be debited on the 10th of the month or quarter depending on your selection. Debits are for current month usage and are not done in advance.

Q. Can I change my mind?
A. Yes, at any time.
