		Sol Bear joined Pivotal Systems in August of 2007 and brings with him over 15 years of distribution experience. As Vice President of Operations with Palco Marketing, Sol was involved in all aspects of distribution from inventory control, procurement, production, sales and marketing. Sol was instrumental in Palco’s expansion where they experienced double digit revenue growth under his tenure. Sol is a graduate from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Business Administration/Political Science. Sol is married with two sons. He enjoys almost all sports, current events, exercise and spending time with his family.
		Tom joined Pivotal Systems in June of 2006. Tom brings over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry. Along with his knowledge of ERP solutions, Tom has served as a technology consultant for several large enterprise accounts in the Southeast. Tom attended Belmont University on a tennis scholarship where he acquired a degree in Business Administration. Tom is married with two sons and enjoys coaching youth baseball and basketball. He is an “Avid Tennessee Volunteer fan!”
