Inventory can be your number one asset or liability. Your FACTS software is designed with replenishment in mind, helping you to ideally order what you need. Your FACTS tools aid in calculating the correct amount of inventory to have on hand. Most companies don't take advantage of the tools that are provided in FACTS, utilizing less than 35% of what their software has to offer. When asked why, most users will say, "I don't have the time." Others respond with "the way they are doing replenishment is okay." However, if you look at the bottom line, they will all agree that they have need for improvement. During this user group meeting, we will discuss in detail the tools that FACTS has to offer to help you to better understand and meet your inventory goals.
