Please review the strategic direction for Infor Distribution Business (FACTS) and let us know what you think.In March, during the TUG?U2U conference I had an opportunity during the keynote address to provide our customers with a preview of Infor Distribution’s long-term strategy. I shared how the investments we are making today have propelled us forward as the leader in wholesale distribution software. A cornerstone of our overall strategy is to focus our development efforts to respond more quickly to the changing distribution environment and to leverage rapidly emerging technologies. We believe that combining our efforts and investments on a converging and dedicated path will result in more robust and innovative solutions. An initial step in our strategic vision is to merge our legacy product brands under one, unified product brand – Infor Distribution. We will continue to enhance our three core products each serving a distinct segment of the distribution market:
At TUG•U2U, in an effort to be transparent and open to our customers, we took the bold step to deliver a product roadmap that outlines our strategic direction, and investments both in the short and long term. The first roadmap we drafted was for Infor Distribution Enterprise (SX.e). Today we are excited to deliver the product roadmap for Infor Distribution Business (FACTS). At Infor we will continue to invest and innovate in our core ERP solutions, including Infor Distribution Business (FACTS), as well as in our extended solutions such as CRM, Storefront, Mobile, and BI.
